We are primarily interested in acquiring 100% of the business, as this allows us to fully integrate and lead the company from day one. However, we are open to discussing flexible structures (such as majority stakes with clear transition arrangements) depending on your specific situation and goals.

Our funds come from a combination of committed capital partners and also we will also explore debt options depending on the transaction. Ensuring we can close deals cleanly and without financing contingencies.

Handover?
A detailed transition plan will be prepared and mutually agreed upon between all stakeholders after signing the LOI. Our goal is a smooth, low-disruption transition where we step in ready to lead while honoring the foundation you’ve built.
